The BISU-Bilar Library System provides information resources and services responsive to the curricular and research needs of the BISUAN community, supporting the objective-goal of the University.

BASIC GUIDANCE SERVICES
1. Library Orientation and Instruction Service
Refers to the act of teaching users the different sources of information, how to use them, the services offered, and the personnel in the library.
2. Current Awareness Service
This service informs the users about the new acquisitions in the library. Regular bulletin board display and webpage/social media apps announcements on new arrivals and other updates are conducted to draw user’s attention and internet in reading.
3. Circulation Service
The borrowing and returning of library materials for faculty and students where in they “Book Ahead and Pick-up” through text or chat via messenger.
4. Virtual Reference Service
Providing assistance to users by giving them answers to definite questions and providing information materials necessary for their research work via online.
5. Digital Document Delivery Service
Scanning and sending of e-copy format and email it to the requester.
