Step 1. Submit the Screening Requirements to the College/ Department concerned.
Step 2. File Application Form and Entrance Examination.
Step 3. Assign Testing Date at the Guidance Office.
Step 4. Get the Test Results from the Guidance Center with an endorsement for Enrollment from the Dean.
Step 5. Submit Test Results with endorsement and credentials to the Registrar’s Office.
Step 6. Acquire and comply of Enrolment Form.
Step 7. Procced to Medical and Dental for Examination.
Step 8. Copy the subject/ courses to be enrolled at the Deans Ofiice.
Step 9. Proceed to Guidance Center for profiling.
Step 10. Pay the tuition fee at the Cashier’s Office ( for CADS, Bridging and 2nd Courses Only).
Step 11. Submit Enrolment Form and Confirmation of Enrolment at the Registrar’s Office.
Step 12. Get a Certificate of Registration at the Registration’s Office.
